## Accounting ERP for double-entry books and business control

A dedicated accounting layer for businesses that need formal books, customer and supplier balances, bank reconciliation, VAT analysis and owner-ready reports without rewriting existing operational records.

## Formal books beside day-to-day finance.

Triplem VIP adds a dedicated accounting layer for businesses that need balanced books, customer and supplier control, bank matching and period reporting without destroying their existing operational workflow.

The Accounting workspace treats the general ledger as the financial source of truth for records posted inside Accounting. Every posted journal must balance, and sales, purchase and payment workflows create ledger effects that can be reviewed later through the General Ledger and financial reports.

Existing Expenses, Wallets, Inventory, Assets and Loans remain separate operational modules in the current build. This protects historical data and lets administrators introduce formal accounting gradually instead of forcing every existing user into a migration of their daily records.

## One accounting workspace, several connected accounting cycles.

The modules are designed around the way a transaction becomes a posted financial record.

### Chart of Accounts

Protected default accounts plus custom accounts for the structure your business actually needs.

### Journal Entries

Balanced debit and credit lines with draft editing, posting and reversal-based voiding.

### Sales Cycle

Quotation, sales order, delivery note, invoice, credit note and sales return workflows.

### Purchase Cycle

Purchase order, purchase receipt, supplier bill, debit note, purchase return and expense invoice workflows.

### Payments

Customer receipts and supplier payments posted against open documents and selected cash or bank accounts.

### Reconciliation

Manual or imported statement rows matched against posted journals, with duplicate-import controls.

### Tax

Input Tax, Output Tax, Net VAT and tax-code summaries, plus a configurable management Corporate Tax estimate.

### Dimensions

Cost centres, departments, projects and branches for profitability and responsibility analysis.

### Audit & Books Lock

Audit history plus an owner-controlled Books Lock Date to stop backdated posting into closed periods.

## From commercial document to financial statement.

The safest way to understand Accounting ERP is to follow one transaction all the way through the books.

### Example: AED 10,500 sales invoice

Illustrative accounting example. Actual accounts, tax treatment and amounts depend on the document and settings.

## Controls that preserve accounting history.

Formal accounting is useful only when past postings cannot be casually rewritten.

### Editable drafts

Draft journals and documents can be corrected before they become posted accounting history.

### Immutable posting

Posted journals are protected from ordinary editing; corrections are made through accounting reversals.

### Books Lock Date

The company owner can block posting on or before a finalized date.

### Per-user access

The main administrator controls whether Accounting appears for each user.

### Audit trail

Accounting changes and events can be reviewed through the Accounting Audit area.

### PDF & CSV outputs

Accounting reports can be exported without exposing HTML rendering markup.

## The ledger becomes a reporting system.

Reports are built from posted Accounting records in the selected date range and base-currency books.

### Trial Balance

Period debit, credit and closing balances for accounts with activity or balances.

### Profit & Loss

Income and expense accounts with calculated net profit or loss.

### Balance Sheet

Asset, liability and equity balances as of the selected end date.

### General Ledger

Detailed posted journal lines by date, journal, account, debit and credit.

### AR/AP Aging

Open customer and supplier documents segmented into aging buckets.

### Reconciliation Status

Statement rows, reconciliation status, amounts and matched journal references.

## Explore the wider Triplem VIP workspace beyond formal Accounting.

Loans, assets, notes and Bitcoin tools remain first-class operational modules and are not removed when Accounting ERP is introduced.

### Loan management

Given, taken, repayments and settlement history.

### Assets & depreciation

Acquisition, income, costs, depreciation, book value and reports.

### Notes & reminders

Searchable notes and scheduled follow-ups.

### Bitcoin wallet tools

Watch-only, client-side wallet access, history and PDFs.
