## Expense tracking for daily control, Accounting ERP for formal books

Keep operational wallet-based expenses fast and searchable while using the separate Accounting workspace for costs that must feed double-entry reports and tax analysis.

## Fast daily records with wallet context.

The existing Expenses module remains designed around practical cash, bank, card and custom-wallet activity.

### Categorized expenses

Keep amount, date, description and category context searchable.

### Wallet relationship

Understand which operational wallet funded the transaction.

### Receiving & Internal Transfers

Keep Add Money, incoming internal movement and wallet-to-wallet transfers distinct from ordinary spending.

### Searchable history

Find prior operational transactions without rebuilding sheets.

### Statements

Generate supported operational statements and PDF outputs.

### Multi-currency context

Preserve supported currency context for operational wallets and transactions.

## Operational record and formal ledger are different concepts.

The distinction protects legacy workflows while giving businesses a formal bookkeeping option.

### Conceptual difference

Use the workflow that matches the record you need. Formal financial reports are built from posted Accounting data.

## Use Accounting when the expense must enter the books.

A business that needs P&L, Balance Sheet, VAT or payables should record the relevant formal transaction through Accounting.

## Choose based on purpose, not duplication.

Triplem VIP supports both operational and formal accounting use cases.

### Personal / simple tracking

Use operational Expenses when the goal is wallet-aware personal or simple business spending history.

### Formal business books

Use Accounting when transactions must feed double-entry financial statements.

### Team rollout

Main Admin can enable Accounting only for users responsible for formal bookkeeping.

### Legacy continuity

Existing Expenses history remains untouched when Accounting is introduced.

## Explore the wider Triplem VIP workspace beyond formal Accounting.

Loans, assets, notes and Bitcoin tools remain first-class operational modules and are not removed when Accounting ERP is introduced.

### Loan management

Given, taken, repayments and settlement history.

### Assets & depreciation

Acquisition, income, costs, depreciation, book value and reports.

### Notes & reminders

Searchable notes and scheduled follow-ups.

### Bitcoin wallet tools

Watch-only, client-side wallet access, history and PDFs.

## Practical questions about expense tracking.

The answers below describe the current Triplem VIP Accounting workspace and its present boundaries.

No. The existing Expenses section is an operational wallet and transaction workflow. Accounting expense accounts belong to the formal double-entry ledger.

Not in the current build. The two workflows remain separate to protect existing user data and behavior.

Yes. Accounting access is administrator-controlled and the existing Expenses workflow remains independent.

Use the appropriate Accounting purchase or journal workflow for transactions that need to appear in formal financial reports, while operational Expenses can continue to serve its existing purpose.

## Add the context an amount alone cannot explain.

Optional fields let users enrich Add Money, Expense and Transfer activity without making every field mandatory.

### Add Money details

Source type, source name, payment method, channel, institution, reference, receipt/deposit slip, payer, purpose, location, tags and document reference.

### Expense details

Merchant, paid-to, method, channel, reference, invoice/receipt, project, cost center, beneficiary, location, quantity/unit, business purpose, tags and document reference.

### Transfer details

Method, channel, institution, reference, receipt/voucher, purpose, initiated-by, recipient, project, cost center, location, tags and document reference.

### Account particulars

Bank accounts can carry IBAN, holder, account number, branch and SWIFT/BIC, while cards retain only safe last-four references.

### Desktop shortcuts

Use Ctrl+Alt+N for Add Expense, Ctrl+Alt+A for Add Money, Ctrl+Alt+T for Transfer and Ctrl+Alt+F for Search while Expenses is active.

### Triplem AI Drafts

Ask Triplem AI to prepare supported finance records as isolated Drafts, then review, edit and explicitly finalize them.

## Expenses, Receiving and Internal Transfers now answer different questions.

The Expenses section separates spending, incoming money and internal wallet movement so transfer legs do not pollute expense history.

### Expenses

Shows pure expense records only. Add Money and wallet-to-wallet transfer activity are excluded from the Expenses view and expense-oriented totals.

### Receiving

Shows money received through Add Money plus the incoming side of an internal wallet transfer. Module-specific receipts remain represented by their own modules where applicable.

### Internal Transfers

Shows each wallet transfer once as the outgoing transfer record. The paired incoming ledger leg remains available for wallet balance integrity but is not shown as a second transfer entry.

Existing transfer pairs remain intact for balance accuracy. Triplem VIP changes how they are classified and displayed rather than deleting historical transfer legs or pretending internal movement is operating income or expense.

## International finance for India, Europe and users worldwide.

Triplem VIP is designed for international personal and business finance. Current supported currencies include AED, SAR, PKR, USD, EUR, INR and BTC where applicable, while regional subscription pricing can present a locally supported billing currency.

### India with INR

Users in India can work with Indian Rupee (INR / ₹) across supported multi-currency finance workflows and regional subscription pricing.

### Euro-region support

Users in Belgium and other countries where the euro is used can work with EUR / € in supported finance workflows and regional subscription pricing.

### Need another currency?

Triplem VIP is built to serve users in any country. If your currency is not currently available, contact Triplem VIP and support can review adding it for your country.

Currency availability can expand as user demand grows. USD remains the regional default where another supported local billing currency does not apply. Tax, reporting and statutory requirements still depend on the user’s jurisdiction.
