## Inventory structure

Triplem VIP Inventory is an operational stock module. It supports structured catalogues, product distinctions, barcodes, customers, sales and document workflows while remaining separate from Insurance and formal Accounting.

## Customers and sales

Inventory records can reuse customer information, record sales, preserve stock movement and generate customer-facing documents. Inventory transactions remain inventory transactions; they are not silently mixed into Insurance sales.

## Moving an Excel inventory setup

A user can manually map an existing spreadsheet into the available Triplem VIP structure. Typical steps are to identify catalogue sheets, create categories and products, establish the current stock position, add customers and then continue new activity from a chosen transition point.

This is a controlled manual setup, not a claim that every arbitrary spreadsheet column is automatically imported.

## Connected finance

Inventory can be used beside Expenses, Wallets, Assets, Loans, Installments, Insurance and reports while each module preserves its own business meaning.
