## Loan management that keeps principal, repayments and settlement history connected

Record money lent or borrowed, link repayments to the original obligation, preserve currency and wallet context, and review the complete relationship without reducing it to a single unexplained balance.

## Track money lent, borrowed and repaid without losing the story behind the balance.

The Loan workspace is designed for practical obligations between the business or individual and another person or party.

### Loans given

Record principal advanced to another party with person, amount, currency, date and notes.

### Loans taken

Maintain borrowed amounts and the party from whom the money was received.

### Repayments

Add linked repayment or return activity while preserving the original loan relationship.

### Wallet context

Where selected, validate and connect operational wallet movement to the loan event.

### History

Keep principal and payment history grouped for later review.

### Controlled deletion

Use the project’s recycle-bin-oriented record handling instead of losing context casually.

## A loan should remain understandable from principal to final settlement.

The normal workflow keeps the original obligation and every linked payment together.

## Useful for owner advances, personal lending and business obligations.

The module is intentionally operational and flexible rather than forcing every loan into a formal chart-of-accounts structure.

### Person-to-person lending

Keep money advanced to an individual separate from ordinary expenses.

### Business borrowing

Track funds received from another party and the repayments made later.

### Owner or related-party records

Preserve the chronology of advances and settlements where a simple balance alone is insufficient.

### Installment awareness

Use the wider Triplem VIP installment and reminder tools where scheduled repayments need additional planning.

## Operational loan history and formal accounting are currently separate.

This distinction protects existing user data and established workflows.

A loan recorded in the operational Loan section does not automatically create a Loans Payable, Receivable, Cash or Bank journal in Accounting ERP. If the transaction must appear in formal financial statements, record the appropriate Accounting entry separately until a native bridge is introduced.

## Explore the wider Triplem VIP workspace beyond formal Accounting.

Loans, assets, notes and Bitcoin tools remain first-class operational modules and are not removed when Accounting ERP is introduced.

### Loan management

Given, taken, repayments and settlement history.

### Assets & depreciation

Acquisition, income, costs, depreciation, book value and reports.

### Notes & reminders

Searchable notes and scheduled follow-ups.

### Bitcoin wallet tools

Watch-only, client-side wallet access, history and PDFs.

## Practical questions about loan management.

The answers below describe the current Triplem VIP workspace and the boundaries of this operational module.

Triplem VIP supports operational records for loans given and loans taken, together with repayments, return payments, dates, currency context, notes and linked history.

Where the loan workflow uses a linked operational wallet, Triplem VIP validates the wallet and can reflect the principal movement in that wallet instead of leaving the cash movement disconnected.

No. The operational Loan module remains separate from the formal Accounting ERP in the current build so existing loan history is not silently rewritten into journal entries.

Yes. Loan principal and linked repayment activity remain grouped so the outstanding position and settlement history can be reviewed over time.

## Desktop shortcuts and AI Drafts reduce repetitive entry without bypassing controls.

### Given / Received Back

Ctrl+Alt+G opens Loan Given, Ctrl+Alt+R opens Received Back, Ctrl+Alt+O filters Open/Partial and Ctrl+Alt+F focuses Search in this loan mode.

### Taken / Returned

Ctrl+Alt+T opens Loan Taken, Ctrl+Alt+B opens Loan Returned, with the same Open/Partial and Search shortcuts scoped to this mode.

### AI-assisted loan Drafts

Triplem AI can prepare supported loan records from natural language, but the Draft remains outside live balances until the user reviews and finalizes it.

## International finance for India, Europe and users worldwide.

Triplem VIP is designed for international personal and business finance. Current supported currencies include AED, SAR, PKR, USD, EUR, INR and BTC where applicable, while regional subscription pricing can present a locally supported billing currency.

Users in India can work with Indian Rupee (INR / ₹) across supported multi-currency finance workflows and regional subscription pricing.

### Euro-region support

Users in Belgium and other countries where the euro is used can work with EUR / € in supported finance workflows and regional subscription pricing.
