Triplem AI is designed to answer from authorized Triplem VIP records rather than inventing private figures or wandering into unrelated topics. ### Cross-module search Searches permitted wallets, pure expenses, receiving, internal transfers, inventory, loans, installments, assets, notes, Bitcoin records and Accounting data when the question requires it, with narrower retrieval for specific records. ### Verified record references Specific financial answers can carry line-wise references and exact record cards instead of leaving the user with an unverifiable summary. ### Open the source record A referenced record can open its native Triplem VIP detail or editor overlay when supported, so the user can inspect the source without treating the AI summary as the record itself. ### Financial interpretation Explains balances, trends, audit classifications, period changes and relevant workspace results while preserving the distinction between operational and formal Accounting data. ### Audit-aware answers For defined periods and cross-module control questions, Triplem AI can use the Financial Audit data layer when the user has permission to view it. ### Workspace-only scope It is intentionally restricted to Triplem VIP product guidance and the signed-in user's authorized workspace; unrelated outside-topic assistance is refused. ## Ask for a record, review an AI Draft, then decide when it becomes real. Triplem AI does not write directly into live financial tables. Supported creation requests become isolated AI Drafts first. ### Expenses & Receiving Prepare pure expense or Add Money Drafts with the fields required by the operational Expenses and Receiving workflows. ### Wallet transfers Prepare wallet-to-wallet transfer Drafts while keeping internal money movement distinct from business income or operating expense. ### Loans & installments Prepare supported loan and installment records with party, currency, amount, date and schedule context for user review. ### Inventory Prepare inventory-item and inventory-sale Drafts while respecting current stock and native inventory validation during finalization. ### Assets Prepare asset records with acquisition details and optional wallet context before the user approves the live entry. ### Notes Create note Drafts from natural language and finalize them into the user's private Notes workspace. If the user deletes an AI Draft before finalization, it is physically removed from the Draft store and no finalized provenance record is created. After finalization, the resulting record follows the same controlled edit/delete rules as other live Triplem VIP data. ## The AI cannot choose another Triplem VIP workspace. Private context is derived from the authenticated session and the existing module permission system. Workspace search accepts no caller-supplied owner or user identifier. The server derives the data owner from the active authenticated context, then constrains retrieved rows to that workspace and to modules the current user is permitted to view. Triplem AI is not intended to disclose, identify, summarize or speculate about another Triplem VIP user, company or tenant. Stored notes, descriptions and references are treated as business data rather than trusted instructions. ## Administrator-gated access with a user-supplied API key. Triplem AI is not silently enabled for every account. Main Admin controls eligibility, and an eligible user connects their own supported Gemini API key. ### Admin controlled The main administrator can enable or revoke Triplem AI access per user. Revocation also removes the stored AI settings secret. ### Server-side secret storage The API key is stored through Supabase Vault and is not returned to the browser after configuration. ### Masked configuration The interface retains a short key mask for identification rather than displaying the full credential after it has been stored. ### Compact answers Triplem AI is instructed to keep normal answers concise, decision-oriented and free from decorative Markdown clutter, with a direct summary and useful tip when appropriate. ### Records are source-of-truth For private figures and named records, the assistant is instructed to query Triplem VIP tools rather than rely on conversational memory. ### User remains final authority AI assistance can accelerate review and data entry, but users should verify financial and tax-sensitive records before finalizing or submitting them externally. ## What users should know before relying on Triplem AI. ### Can Triplem AI see another user's workspace? No. Private workspace selection is derived from the authenticated session, and retrieval remains constrained by the current user's existing module permissions. ### Can it create financial records? It can prepare supported finance actions as AI Drafts. The Draft remains separate from live balances, VAT, stock, reports and Accounting until the user explicitly finalizes it. ### What if a Draft is deleted? Before finalization, deleting the AI Draft removes that Draft without creating finalized provenance. After finalization, the live record follows the normal controlled edit and delete lifecycle while retaining its AI-origin provenance. ### Why are record references important? References let the user trace a factual answer back to the source record and open the corresponding native detail view when supported, reducing dependence on an unsupported AI summary. ### Does it answer unrelated outside topics? No. Triplem AI is intentionally focused on Triplem VIP product guidance and the signed-in user's authorized workspace rather than functioning as a general-purpose chatbot. ### Who remains responsible for the final record? The user. AI can find, summarize and prepare, but financial and tax-sensitive information should be reviewed before the user finalizes or submits it externally. ## Ask narrowly, retrieve narrowly, calculate from the current record state. The retrieval layer now favors exact named records and direction-aware financial questions instead of attaching broad, loosely related result sets. ### Loan direction awareness Questions such as who needs to pay me are constrained to Loans Given and repayment-adjusted positions; Loans Taken are not treated as money owed to the user. ### Remaining balance first Loan summaries use repayment-adjusted outstanding positions so settled relationships can be excluded and partial settlements can show the remaining amount. ### Exact record targeting Specific person, transfer, receiving or expense questions are designed to stop at the relevant result instead of expanding into unrelated activity. ### Consolidated tool work Repeated identical lookups are cached within a request and the assistant can consolidate workspace searches to reduce unnecessary round trips. ## International finance for India, Europe and users worldwide.
