Financial Audit & Control Report for cross-module financial review

Inspect selected finance sections, separate operational and Accounting flows, review VAT evidence and export executive or detailed audit reports without silently mixing currencies or internal transfers.

Section scope VAT review Excel PDF

One review surface across operational finance and Accounting evidence.

The audit view is built to classify activity without treating every movement as ordinary income or expense.

Expenses

Review expense activity and operational VAT where permitted.

Wallets

Include wallet top-ups and account-level money movement without losing currency context.

Transfers

Classify internal transfers separately so moving money between owned wallets is not mistaken for revenue or operating cost.

Inventory

Review stock-related financial activity and sales evidence within the selected period.

Loans & installments

Distinguish financing principal, repayments and installment activity from ordinary operating performance.

Assets & Accounting

Review asset activity, non-cash depreciation context and separate formal Accounting flows where permission allows.

Choose the period, currency and modules that belong in the review.

Money In

Incoming operational activity is separated from internal transfers and formal Accounting receipts.

Money Out

Outgoing operational activity is shown without automatically mixing financing and non-cash movements into operating expense.

Internal movement

Wallet-to-wallet transfers remain internal movement rather than artificial income or expense.

Non-cash expense

Depreciation and similar non-cash classifications can be separated from cash movement.

Accounting activity

Accounting receipts, payments and VAT are displayed separately because Accounting can represent the same underlying economics as operational modules.

Lifecycle evidence

When Audit Trail is selected, edit/delete lifecycle events can be reviewed as control evidence.

Build a cleaner VAT review before submission.

The audit report can organize VAT-related evidence, but it is not an automatic tax filing service or a substitute for professional tax review.

The executive summary separates VAT Collected and VAT Paid and can calculate a positive payable position or a negative input-tax credit position for the selected operational scope. Formal Accounting VAT remains separately classified to reduce the risk of double counting the same economic activity.

This makes the report useful as a pre-submission control workbook: review the selected period, isolate the correct modules, inspect references and details, resolve exceptions, then export the evidence for accountant or internal review.

Submission boundary.

Triplem VIP can prepare and export VAT-oriented audit evidence. The user remains responsible for verifying the applicable tax period, tax treatment, source documents and final figures before submitting a VAT return to the relevant authority.

Executive view for decisions, detailed view for evidence.

PDF

Generate executive or detailed audit PDFs for review, sharing and record retention where export permission is available.

Excel

Detailed exports can carry the executive summary and complete activity sheets for accountant-friendly review.

References

Detailed rows preserve date, module, activity, reference, title/counterparty, currency, flow, amounts, VAT and concise detail fields.

Flow filtering

Inspect all activity or narrow the detailed view to Money In, Money Out, Internal, Non-cash, Accounting or Audit classifications.

Permission aware

Modules that the current user cannot view are not silently included in the audit scope.

No silent FX merge

Multiple currencies remain separated unless the user intentionally selects a single currency scope.

Important distinctions before using an audit export for VAT review.

Is this an electronic VAT return?

No. The report organizes financial and VAT-oriented evidence for review and export; it does not submit a tax return to a government authority.

Why are internal transfers separated?

Moving money between owned wallets is not ordinary revenue or operating expense, so the audit classifies internal movement separately from business Money In and Money Out.

Are multiple currencies silently converted?

No. The audit keeps currencies separate unless a deliberate single-currency scope is selected, avoiding invented exchange-rate assumptions in a control report.

Why is Accounting VAT separate?

Formal Accounting entries may mirror operational activity. Keeping Accounting VAT separate helps reviewers avoid adding the same economic transaction twice without an explicit reconciliation rule.
