Triplem treats sign-in credentials, session tokens, and Smart PIN preferences as private account controls. Every layer below exists to keep your workspace isolated and your access path secure.
Credential hashing
Account passwords are stored using one-way hashing so your sign-in secret is never kept as plain text in the application database.
Encrypted sessions
Active login sessions use encrypted browser credential storage (AES-GCM) so returning to your workspace does not leave tokens sitting in clear text.
Private workspaces
Each approved account opens its own finance workspace. Ledgers, wallets, invoices, and notes stay scoped to that owner’s private configuration.
Owner isolation
Account boundaries separate one user’s records from another. Data is not blended into a shared public ledger or co-mingled customer view.
Smart PIN protection
Optional Smart PIN preferences are stored as salted hashes, giving you a fast unlock layer without writing the PIN itself as plain text.
Secure sign-in path
Sign-in happens over HTTPS on the public portal. Credentials are submitted only to authenticate your private account—not shared with other users.

Getting started
What is Triplem?
Triplem is a private accounting and money-management workspace for owners and careful operators. It brings expense wallets, loans, inventory, asset management, invoices, receipts, customer balances, notes, Bitcoin wallets, searchable history, and PDF reports into one calm dashboard.
It is built to replace messy spreadsheets with structured day-to-day books you can actually trust.
Who is Triplem for?
Shop owners, merchants, service businesses, private lenders, and individuals who need clear finance records without enterprise clutter.

How do I get access or start a trial?
You can request a private login through the inquiry form or WhatsApp support, or start the available free trial from the sign-in screen when offered.
After approval or trial signup, you receive credentials for your own workspace. Team access can be added later by an administrator.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Triplem runs in the browser on desktop and mobile. Optional iOS/Android install helpers are available if you want a home-screen style shortcut, but the full workspace works without a store install.

Does it support multiple currencies?
Yes. Common business currencies such as AED, SAR, PKR, USD, and BTC are supported depending on your setup. Each wallet keeps its own currency, balances, and statement history.
Can I track inventory, invoices, and customers?
Yes. Inventory covers purchased stock, sales, low-stock signals, customer records, outstanding balances, and profit visibility. You can save carts/proformas, finalize sales, and download invoices or receipts as PDFs.
What is Asset Management in Triplem?
Asset Management tracks owned assets—cars, property, equipment, investments, and more—through the full ownership lifecycle.
- Record purchase price, date, type, and description
- Log maintenance, repairs, operating costs, other expenses, and additional investment
- Track revenue/income while you own the asset
- Mark sale or disposal with proceeds and sale costs
- See ownership duration, net profit/loss, charts, and PDF summary or detailed reports
Admins can enable or disable the Assets tab per user from Allowed tabs.
How does asset profit and loss work?
Invested / spent covers maintenance, repairs, operating costs, other expenses, additional investment, and sale costs — purchase price is shown separately. Net P/L is (revenue + sale proceeds) minus (purchase price + invested / spent).
Can I customize asset types and expense labels?
Yes. When you choose Other for asset type or Other expense for a transaction, you can name it (for example Warehouse or Insurance). Those names are saved and listed next time so you can reuse them or keep adding new ones.
How do wallets and transfers work?
Create wallets for cash, bank, card, or custom accounts. Add money, record expenses, and transfer between wallets while keeping a clean transaction history per wallet.
You can also rearrange wallet cards, upload logos, and export wallet-level statements.
Does Triplem handle loans and installments?
Yes. Track money given, received back, loans taken, repayments, and installment plans with settlement visibility so open balances stay easy to follow.
How does Bitcoin work in Triplem?
Bitcoin in Triplem is designed for client-side control. Private keys and other sensitive key material remain in the browser on your device—they do not leave the browser to Triplem servers.

Always use a trusted device, protect your screen and backups, and never share private keys or seed phrases.
Do Bitcoin private keys leave my browser?
No. Sensitive Bitcoin key material is handled client-side in the browser. Private keys are not uploaded to Triplem servers for custody. Signing and key use stay on your device; the network sees normal broadcast transactions when you send.
Can I download statements and reports?
Yes. Export PDF statements, receipts, inventory invoices, customer records, asset summaries, BTC statements, and backup-style exports from the dashboard.
Always review exports before using them for formal accounting decisions.
Security & data
Is my data private?
Triplem is designed as a private workspace for approved users. Financial records power the features you use in the dashboard and are not meant for public sharing.
Protect your login, Smart Pin, and device access. Admins can manage team permissions where enabled.
What is Smart Pin used for?
Smart Pin is an extra confirmation step for sensitive actions such as permanent deletes. It helps reduce accidental or unauthorized destructive changes inside a signed-in session.
Can I recover deleted records?
Many deleted items go to the recycle bin first so you can restore them. Permanently purged records cannot be recovered, so confirm carefully before final deletion.
Will my data sync across devices?
Yes, when you are signed into your cloud workspace. Wallets, inventory order, categories, assets, and other saved records stay available on another device after they sync.
Bitcoin private keys remain a device/browser-side concern—treat each trusted device carefully and never paste keys into untrusted places.

How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on your plan and usage needs. Check the Pricing tab for current options, or ask support for a custom setup if you need team seats, branding, or special workflows.
What happens after a free trial ends?
Your login remains, but continued full access typically needs an admin grant or paid plan. Contact support before the trial ends if you want an uninterrupted transition.
How do I get help?
Use the inquiry form on the landing page, WhatsApp support, or in-app Messages where available. Include your account email and a short description of the issue for faster help.
