Accounting ERP

Accounting ERP for double-entry books and business control

A dedicated accounting layer for businesses that need formal books, customer and supplier balances, bank reconciliation, VAT analysis and owner-ready reports without rewriting existing operational records.

Double-entry books Sales & purchases AR & AP Reconciliation Financial reports

Formal books beside day-to-day finance.

Triplem VIP adds a dedicated accounting layer for businesses that need balanced books, customer and supplier control, bank matching and period reporting without destroying their existing operational workflow.

The Accounting workspace treats the general ledger as the financial source of truth for records posted inside Accounting. Every posted journal must balance, and sales, purchase and payment workflows create ledger effects that can be reviewed later through the General Ledger and financial reports.

Existing Expenses, Wallets, Inventory, Assets and Loans remain separate operational modules in the current build. This protects historical data and lets administrators introduce formal accounting gradually instead of forcing every existing user into a migration of their daily records.

Practical questions about accounting erp.

The answers below describe the current Triplem VIP Accounting workspace and its present boundaries.

What is the Accounting ERP in Triplem VIP?

It is a dedicated double-entry accounting workspace with Chart of Accounts, journals, sales and purchase documents, customer and supplier balances, payments, bank reconciliation, tax analysis, dimensions, audit history and financial reports.

Does Accounting ERP replace the existing Expenses or Inventory sections?

No. The current Accounting workspace is intentionally separate from legacy operational modules so existing records and user workflows are not silently rewritten.

Can an administrator control access to Accounting?

Yes. The main administrator can enable or disable Accounting for individual users. When disabled, the Accounting tab is hidden and the related permissions are restricted.

Are posted journals editable?

Draft journals can be edited. Posted journals are treated as immutable accounting history and corrections use reversal-based voiding rather than silent rewriting.

Can Triplem VIP produce financial statements?

Yes. The current report set includes Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, Cash Flow Activity, aging, party balances, registers, VAT Summary, reconciliation status and dimension profitability.
