Expenses & Wallets
Operational wallets with pure Expenses, Receiving and Internal Transfers kept as distinct money views.
Manage practical finance workflows throughout the day, then use the separate Accounting ERP for balanced journals, AR/AP, reconciliation, VAT and financial statements.
Triplem VIP now spans daily money control and double-entry accounting without pretending they are already one automatic posting engine.
The wider Triplem VIP workspace handles operational records that owners use throughout the day: expenses, wallets, inventory, assets, loans, installments, notes and other finance-related activity.
The Accounting workspace is the formal book: Chart of Accounts, journals, customers, suppliers, sales and purchase posting, receivables, payables, reconciliation, tax analysis and financial reports. The current build keeps these layers separate to protect legacy data.
The operational modules remain useful even for users who do not require formal Accounting.

Track payable purchase plans and operational receivable sale plans with schedules, actual payments or receipts and optional party details.
Searchable sticky-style operational notes with scheduled reminders and reschedulable follow-ups.
Accounting-enabled users receive the formal bookkeeping layer.
Stable financial structure for posting and reporting.
Balanced entries and immutable posted history.
Customer and supplier balances, payments and aging.
Statement evidence matched to posted journals.
VAT analysis and configurable tax settings.
Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, ledger and supporting reports.
The present architecture favors data safety over hidden automation.
Operational records do not automatically become Accounting journals in the current build. Businesses adopting formal Accounting should establish opening balances and use Accounting workflows for transactions that must appear in formal financial statements. This boundary can support future integrations without corrupting existing user history.
Loans, assets, notes and Bitcoin tools remain first-class operational modules and are not removed when Accounting ERP is introduced.
