Cash, bank and daily spending
Use Wallets and Expenses for balances, receiving, spending and internal transfers.
Map existing Excel routines into the relevant Triplem VIP modules, carry forward verified opening positions, configure reusable records and continue new activity from a controlled date without forcing every business into the same setup.
Triplem VIP is modular. A user does not need to reproduce every worksheet, color, formula or unused column. The useful goal is to map each real business process into the module designed to maintain it.
Triplem VIP does not claim a universal one-click importer for every possible Excel workbook. Users can manually configure a workspace around the records and routines they actually use, then carry forward verified opening positions and continue new activity from a controlled transition date.
The exact mapping depends on the business. The examples below show how common spreadsheet responsibilities can be represented without forcing every user into the same configuration.
Use Wallets and Expenses for balances, receiving, spending and internal transfers.
Use Inventory for catalogue structure, customers, stock and sale documents.
Use Insurance for providers, policy types, sales, policy numbers, My Commission, cancellations, referrals and documents.
Use Loans for amounts given or taken, repayments and settlement history.
Use Assets and depreciation tools for owned assets, costs, income, book value and reports.
Use Bought and Sold Installment Plans for scheduled payables and receivables.
Use Notes and reminders for operational context and scheduled actions.
Use Accounting ERP for Chart of Accounts, opening journals, double-entry posting, receivables, payables, reconciliation, VAT and financial statements.
Historical spreadsheets often contain years of rows that do not need to be recreated one by one. Opening positions let the new workspace start from a reconciled point while old source files remain available as historical evidence.
Use a balanced opening journal for formal ledger assets, liabilities, equity and relevant control balances.
Record commission already owed by an Insurance Company before Triplem VIP, with company, date and explanatory note.
Establish the inventory position that should be available when the new workflow begins.
Carry forward relevant loan, installment, customer or supplier balances using the module designed for that obligation.
A personal user, retailer, insurer, service business or mixed operation can keep only the modules and master data relevant to its own process.
Main Admin and team permissions can control which modules each user may access.
Create the categories, products, accounts, insurance providers, policies, customers and referrers actually used by the operation.
Use the workspace currency system and supported regional symbol formatting rather than hardcoding spreadsheet symbols.
Use the existing responsive themes and desktop/mobile workspace instead of maintaining separate spreadsheet presentation rules.
Generate standardized invoices, receipts, reports and other supported PDFs from maintained records.
Use the live browser workspace or the Triplem VIP Windows desktop app while keeping the same underlying online data.
Use representative totals and transactions to confirm each stage before the new workspace becomes the primary source for ongoing work.
Triplem VIP currently supports AED, SAR, PKR, USD, EUR, INR and BTC where applicable, while regional subscription presentation can use a supported local billing currency.
Supported modules use the workspace currency configuration and dedicated symbol-font rules instead of hardcoding one dollar symbol.
Users can operate the finance workspace internationally while tax, statutory and reporting obligations remain jurisdiction-specific.
Where supported, invoices, receipts and reports follow the same configured currency presentation as the underlying workspace records.
