Categories and product lines
Organize stock into practical groups and product lines rather than keeping one flat spreadsheet.
Organize stock into practical catalogue structures, record customer sales, preserve history and generate business documents without maintaining disconnected inventory spreadsheets.
Inventory remains an operational module with its own catalogue, customer and sales workflows, separate from Insurance and formal Accounting.
Organize stock into practical groups and product lines rather than keeping one flat spreadsheet.
Maintain product distinctions and supported attributes without duplicating unrelated catalogue records.
Attach product barcodes and use supported scanning workflows where appropriate.

A shop, distributor or service-and-stock operation can configure categories, product lines, customers and other available fields around its actual process.
If Inventory is currently maintained in Excel, first define the catalogue structure you want to keep, then create the corresponding categories, product records, customers and opening stock position in Triplem VIP. The objective is a controlled transition, not a blind copy of every spreadsheet column.
Triplem VIP currently supports AED, SAR, PKR, USD, EUR, INR and BTC where applicable, while regional subscription presentation can use a supported local billing currency.
Supported modules use the workspace currency configuration and dedicated symbol-font rules instead of hardcoding one dollar symbol.
Users can operate the finance workspace internationally while tax, statutory and reporting obligations remain jurisdiction-specific.
Where supported, invoices, receipts and reports follow the same configured currency presentation as the underlying workspace records.
