Structured books instead of disconnected files.

Accounting software becomes valuable when the business needs a repeatable ledger, customer and supplier balances, reconciled bank activity and reports that all derive from the same posted records.

Triplem VIP now combines two kinds of finance work. Operational modules manage practical daily records such as wallets, expenses, inventory, assets and loans. The Accounting workspace manages formal double-entry books for users who need a Chart of Accounts, posted journals, receivables, payables, reconciliation, tax analysis and financial statements.

This separation is intentional. Existing users keep their established workflows, while the main administrator can enable Accounting only for the people who need it.

OperationalDaily financeWallets, expenses and practical transaction history.
FormalDouble-entry booksJournals, subledgers and financial statements.

Accounting depth without discarding the wider finance workspace.

The formal Accounting layer covers the core bookkeeping cycles while the rest of Triplem VIP remains available independently.

Operational modules remain separate

The present Accounting ERP does not automatically convert every legacy Expense, Wallet, Inventory, Asset or Loan record into journal entries. This protects existing user data and workflows. Businesses using formal Accounting should establish opening balances and use the Accounting workflows for transactions they want represented in Accounting reports.

Practical questions about accounting software.

The answers below describe the current Triplem VIP Accounting workspace and its present boundaries.

What makes Triplem VIP more than an expense tracker?

When Accounting is enabled, Triplem VIP adds a formal double-entry ledger with Chart of Accounts, journals, AR/AP, sales and purchase posting, bank reconciliation, tax analysis and financial reports beside its operational finance modules.

Is Accounting available to every user automatically?

No. The main administrator controls Accounting access per user.

Does the Accounting workspace automatically rewrite old Expense or Inventory records?

No. Existing operational modules remain separate in the current build so legacy user data is not silently migrated into formal books.

Can I export accounting reports?

Yes. The Accounting report area supports PDF and CSV exports.

International finance for India, Europe and users worldwide.

Triplem VIP is designed for international personal and business finance. Current supported currencies include AED, SAR, PKR, USD, EUR, INR and BTC where applicable, while regional subscription pricing can present a locally supported billing currency.

India with INR

Users in India can work with Indian Rupee (INR / ₹) across supported multi-currency finance workflows and regional subscription pricing.

Euro-region support

Users in Belgium and other countries where the euro is used can work with EUR / € in supported finance workflows and regional subscription pricing.

Need another currency?

Triplem VIP is built to serve users in any country. If your currency is not currently available, contact Triplem VIP and support can review adding it for your country.

Currency availability can expand as user demand grows. USD remains the regional default where another supported local billing currency does not apply. Tax, reporting and statutory requirements still depend on the user’s jurisdiction.

Recreate the business workflow you need instead of preserving spreadsheet clutter.

Users coming from Excel can manually map existing records into Triplem VIP modules, enter verified opening positions where applicable, build reusable master data and continue from a controlled transition date.

Choose relevant modules

Use only the operational and accounting areas needed for the person's or company's actual process.

Carry forward current position

Use supported opening balances, stock positions and outstanding records instead of recreating every historical row.

Rebuild reusable structure

Create customers, accounts, products, Insurance Companies, policies, referrers and categories that will be used going forward.

Transition deliberately

Validate representative totals and transactions before making Triplem VIP the primary workspace for new activity.
